Pan cakes are extremely popular among Japanese children, and the preferred style is American, which are thick, fluffy, and not too sweet.
This flour mix just need to be whipped with milk and eggs, then it's ready to cook on the frying pan, 1-2 minutes on each side, and they're ready to serve. As they're fairly small, it's usually possible to make 3-4 pieces at a time.
