A wonderful pudding powder with matcha (powdered green tea), which is quick and easy to use. The powder is mixed well with 100 ml of water and 100 ml of whole milk in a pot, heated at medium high heat and briefly brought to a boil. The pot is removed from the stove, an additional 100 ml of cold whole milk is added, and the mixture can be poured into small containers or bowls. They need to be refrigerated for at least 1 hour, then they are ready to serve. We suggest serving with caramel sauce or delicious Japanese mochi cakes, which are a perfect fit.
