Miyamoto Shuzou is located in the Ishikawa prefecture on the north coast of central Japan.
This sake has won gold medal at the Kura Master 2023 in Paris.
The style is rich and fruity, what's called a "spicy" sake in Japan, and it's probably the most flavorful bottle in our selection. For this reason it's also a good choice if you want a heated sake in winter. The nose is fruity and aromatic, and in the mouth there are first notes of green melon, a little pear and mango, and then lots of umami and more spicy aromas. It's very suited for both lighter and richer dishes.
Can be enjoyed cooled or heated.
Alcohol: 15,2 %
Country of Origin: Japan
