Furikake is all sorts of dried and granulated foods, which are sprinkled on top of white rice, whenever you feel like a simple and easy meal. The children love it as well.
Yukari is a special furikake, which is made from salted and dried perilla leaves, also called shiso. The taste is very aromatic and it can be sprinkled on rice or other dishes to add a fresher taste.
