Yakinori is fried nori that most people know from sushi. The sheets can be cut to a suitable size for maki rolls, or e.g. cut in half to make temaki.
Yakinori is also very suitable for adding to soups in smaller strips, or just for eating with a bowl of white rice.
This nori is produced by Nagai Nori, who supplies the same product to the world famous NOBU and Matsushita restaurants, so it is the best quality available.
Gold is the most exquisite quality of nori.
The package contains 10 full-size sheets.
