Powdered vinegar mixture to mix with rice to make sushi. The content of the packet is made for approx. 1 kg of uncooked rice, so it can be used proportionally. Ie. half a packet for 500 gr of uncooked rice, etc.
The procedure is simple, pour the cooked or steamed rice into a large bowl, add the right amount of the contents of the packet, and stir until the mixture is uniform. Then use the mixture for sushi immediately. Nothing else needs to be added, as the powder contains everything you need.
