Yakiudon means fried udon noodles, and in this pack you'll find both vacuum packed fresh noodles and packets with the sauce that adds the very special flavour. You only need to add thinly sliced vegetables to your liking - for example onions, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green pepper - and preferably also a few slices of paper thin pork.
