The package contains 8 bundles. Please note that no soup powder or anything else is included.
Somen noodles are enjoyed cold or hot, the typical way to eat them is to rinse them after cooking and put them in a bowl with water and ice cubes, and dip each mouthful in e.g. tsuyu or similar sauces. But of course they can also be enjoyed in many other dishes, where you just want slightly thinner noodles.
