Kubota is a top quality sake from Asahi-Shuzo located at Niigata in the Northern part of the main island Honshu. The style is "Tanrei Karakuchi", meaning crisp and dry sake. To be enjoyed cool or chilled.
Kubota Junmai Daiginjo offers pear and green melon in the nose, while the taste offers light sweetness and acidity. Good with baked fish dishes or hot pot, which is not too spicy.
