Mazekomi is a spice that is mixed with rice to make easy onigiri rice balls. This version from Kuki is of the highest quality, made solely with the best Japanese ingredients. It contains the best white sesame seeds, salted plums, and red shiso leaves (perilla), all dried and finely chopped, so there's enough for many rice balls full of umami.
