This is also a quick and delicious busy day dish, which is even really healthy. You need:
1 pack of chicken thigh filet without skin (400 gr, we buy them in Rema 1000)
1 block black konjak
1/2 green pepper and 1/2 red pepper, or as you like
2-3 large spoons of sesame oil - if you want a spicier dish, you can use hot sesame oil instead
50 ml white wine
50 ml mirin
4-5 large spoons of sugar
50 ml soy sauce
Start by cutting the peppers in strips and cut chunks of the konjak with a spoon:
Then dice the chicken:
Heat the sesame oil on a frying pan at medium high heat and add the meat when it is hot:
Fry the meat until it's well done:
Add konjak and vegetables and for fry a few minutes:
Add white wine, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce, stir well, and keep frying:
Let the dish sauté at medium high heat until the liquid is entirely reduced, and it's ready to serve! Serve it with freshly cooked rice, and if you want it a bit spicier, you can sprinkle a bit of shichimi on top. Enjoy!
