Here is another dish for a busy day, which only takes a few moments to cook, but does require that you have a few minutes to marinade the meat some hours before dinner time. What you need is:
Lean pork chops
60 ml of Hanamaruki Okasan Miso
2 large spoons of sugar
60 ml of mirin
30 ml of white wine
1 teaspoon of grated ginger (in the picture it's in a tube)
2 teaspoons of crushed carlic (also in a tube in the picture)
Start by filling all the ingredients for the marinade in a large zipper bag and mash it well:
Put the pork chops in the bag, squeeze out the air, close the zipper, and squeeze the marinade well into the meat:
Now place the bag in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours - it can marinade for up to 2 days, so you if more convenient you can prepare the bag in the morning and then be ready for a lightning fast meal when you come home at night.
When you're ready to fry the pork chops, place them directly on a non-stick fryingpan:
Fry them at medium high heat and turn them over frequently:
Let them fry until there is a golden crust (not a crunchy one, though), and then set them on plates. We have chosen to serve them with freshly cooked rice, rocket salad, and raw vegetables, which of course are dipped in delicious Kikkoman Sesame Dressing. Enjoy!
