Here is one more of the dishes in our series of easy meals made using teriyaki sauce. You can use most leftovers of meat and vegetables you might have in your refrigerator, but if you want to cook it from scratch, this is what you need:
1 onion
1 carrot
1 leek
1 small pointed cabbage
2-300 gr of pork belly with no skin or bones
100 ml of Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce w. honey
Start by cutting the meat in slices of 5 mm thickness and in lengths of 4-5 cm:
Then prepare the vegetables. Cut the onion in strips, cut the carrot in thin slices, angle slice the leek, and dice the cabbage. Was everything well and let it dry:
Now fry the meat in a large fryingpan:
Add onion, carrot, and leek and fry for a few minutes more:
Add the cabbage and fry for yet another couple of minutes:
When the vegetables are almost tender, add the Teriyaki Sauce and stir fry everything for another 2-3 minutes:
Serve on a plate with freshly cooked rice og miso-shiru. Enjoy!
