This is also a party meal, or at least something which is good for an evening on the weekend. It's best if you have a hot plate for the dining table, or a large frying pan and an induction plate, but if you don't, you can still cook it on a frying pan on the kitchen stove and just take the food from there, as it's fried. What you need is (how much of each is entirely up to individual taste):
Pork, fatty pork is the best, for example for "stegt flæsk" in the supermarket, but cut off the skin
Beef, preferably filet or other tender cuts, and best if not too lean
Possibly boneless chicken thigh
Sausages, for example NPH Sausage Japanese Style, or brunch sausages
Pointed cabbage cut in large squares
Green pepper cut in 6 pieces
Squash cut in 5 mm thick slices
Potatoes cut in 2-3 mm thick slices
Bean sprouts
Ebara Yakiniku no tare mild
and/or Ebara Yakiniku no tare hot
Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the pork in 3-4 mm thick slices (or just cut the skin off slices of "stegt flæsk"), cut the beef in 3-4 mm thick pieces, and cut the chicken in smaller bits. Takes the sausages from the packaging and prepare the Ebara Yakiniku no tare:
Cut all the vegetables as described:
Heat up the hot plate or frying pan and place the pork in the middle first, as you need to melt off some fat to fry the rest of the ingredients in:
It's also a good idea to put the sausages and potatoes near the edges from the start, as they tage a little longer to cook. Pour Ebara Yakiniku no tare in a small plate and dip the cooked pieces of meat and vegetables in it before eating them. Add new items to the plate or pan as you take cooked ones, so there is something to eat all the time. Served with freshly cooked rice and preferably a cold sake or shochu to drink! Enjoy!
If/when the pork starts spraying fat, then immediately place pieces of cabbage on top of them - then it won't spray, and the cabbage will be absolutely delicious - just a small tip:
